Since 1859, the REINECKER brand has been known for its innovative and reliable machines for the production of precision tools. For over 25 years, these machines have been manufactured in southern Germany by Ulmer Werkzeugschleiftechnik.

In addition to Germany, we serve our customers in Italy and North America directly through our subsidiaries REINECKER Italia and REINECKER America.

Not in the sense of classic special plant construction. However, thanks to the modular design and a variety of options, the machines can be adapted to meet requirements and across industries.

A project usually includes consulting, concept development, design, production, assembly, commissioning and training. Transparent communication reduces risks and shortens time-to-production.

Yes. Of course, we advise and accompany customers on request from layout planning to integration into existing production lines.

In addition to the actual service department with corresponding service technicians in the field, colleagues from the specialist departments such as control technology or application technology also provide support on a case-by-case basis.
The process is organized via a ticket system so that no request is forgotten.

Operator and maintenance training ensures safe use and maximum system availability. In addition, we offer training in the field of automation and application technology in order to be able to use our machines in the best possible way.
These training courses can take place at our plant in Ulm, the branch in Virginia or on site at the customer's site.

A structured spare parts process minimizes downtimes and ensures the production capability of our customers. In addition, an extensive spare parts warehouse guarantees the fastest possible availability of necessary spare parts.

How long does it take to deliver a REINECKER machine?
Project scope and supply chains affect the duration. Typical are several months from the completion of the purchase to commissioning. Talk to us in good time if you have a need and we will try to find a solution.
We also regularly have factory-overhauled machines in stock, which can also be made available for rent at short notice.
